**Job Description: Project Manager** CHICAGO, IL ONLY-MUST COME INTO THE OFFICE We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team and take charge of a project within our firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a passion for driving projects. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate their ability to a variety of projects from inception to completion, demonstrating the ability to ensure that all tasks are delivered on time. You will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of coordinating efforts across various teams and departments, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals and timelines. As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will implement and leverage effective strategies to develop detailed project plans. You will also be responsible for managing project tasks and resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to marketing, finance, and field operations. Your ability to foster a collaborative environment and build strong relationships will be essential in achieving project milestones and driving team performance. We are particularly interested in candidates who are results-driven and possess excellent leadership skills. Your ability to motivate and inspire team members, coupled with your proactive problem-solving abilities, will be vital in ensuring that projects not only meet but exceed expectations. Here is a listing of some very specific tasks that need to be managed: 1. Working with the Executive Director to market the project to community organizations to join our Community Network. 2. Schedule personal meetings with each Community Network member to strengthen personal relationships and alliances. 3. Schedule and conduct Community Network meetings. 4. Identify and schedule guest speakers to speak at Community Network meetings as needed. 5. Ensure that all Community Network members are engaged during the meeting. 6. Encourage participation in meetings. 7. Ensure that all assignments and tasks assigned to network members are on track. 8. Ensure that all participants receive timely meeting minutes. 9. Working with the fiscal manager, ensure funding requests from Community Network partners are evaluated facilitated. 10. Ensure that all assignments outlined during the meetings are on target with the person responsible for delivery. 11. Work with the Executive Director in the planning and implementation of a Coordinated Community Outreach event. 12. Have strong familiarity with project management software. 13. Have strong familiarity with Microsoft suite. 14. Have strong familiarity with setting up and hosting online meetings. 15. Attend other meetings as assigned by the Executive Director.
