We are a real estate investment firm actively acquiring off-market residential properties using creative financing strategies such as **seller financing**, **subject-to existing mortgage**, and **lease options**. We're looking for a motivated and skilled **cold caller or virtual assistant** to help us connect with property owners, build rapport, and qualify motivated sellers. --- **Key Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls using our provided list of leads (expired listings, absentee owners, pre-foreclosures, etc.) * Use our proven **Yes-Ladder** and **No-Ladder** scripts (training provided) to handle different seller personalities * Identify seller motivation, equity situation, and openness to creative financing * Log responses in our CRM with detailed notes * Set qualified appointments for follow-up or live transfer * Follow up with warm leads weekly --- **Ideal Candidate Will Have:** * Experience in **real estate cold calling**, **wholesaling**, or **investor outreach** * Fluent spoken English with clear, neutral accent * Confident and persuasive communicator * Ability to follow scripts, overcome objections, and build trust * Reliable internet, quiet working environment, and headset * Familiarity with tools like Mojo, REI Reply, Podio, or similar CRMs (preferred) --- **Hours & Compensation:** * 20–40 hours per week (flexible schedule) * Pay: **\$10–\$20/hr** based on experience + **bonuses for closed deals** * Potential to grow into a full-time acquisition manager role --- **To Apply:** Please respond with: 1.
