Hi there – I'm the founder of a growing social impact consultancy. Right now, I work with clients on a retainer basis, but I’m actively shifting my business model toward something more scalable. My vision is to build a suite of digital offerings—including self-paced courses, group coaching programs, and high-ticket masterminds—that generate recurring revenue and funnel into premium, higher-touch containers. I want to gradually move away from retainer-based work as the default and instead build a business where access to me is limited and premium, supported by a strong brand, clear market position, and programs that don’t require constant 1:1 delivery. I’m looking for a strategic consultant with experience in brand positioning, offer creation, and marketing strategy—someone who’s helped other coaches or service providers transition into a scalable, productized model. This role is about thinking through: - How to build a brand strategy that differentiates me in the coaching/consulting space - How to package, position, and price my offerings for recurring revenue and high-ticket upsells - What my program ecosystem or product ladder could look like long-term - Funnel strategy and entry points (without overcomplicating at this stage) - How to design a sustainable, time-leveraged business model where my involvement is minimized over time This is not an implementation role. I’m looking for someone to collaborate with on clarifying the strategy and mapping the path forward, so I can build with intention and scale without burnout. To start, I’d like to book a few initial strategy calls to dive into direction, vision, and opportunities—then we can decide together what next steps make sense.
