Hello, I'm preparing to offer hard money loans to real estate investors who are buying and selling vacant land. I need assistance drafting a legally sound, well-structured promissory note, and potentially other supporting documents (e.g., personal guarantees, loan agreements, or security instruments) to properly protect myself as a lender.
