We’re looking for a sharp, experienced recruiter to help scale our fast-growing construction business. This role requires someone who knows the ins and outs of the construction industry and can confidently source, engage, and place top-tier talent. You’ll be responsible for managing postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews from first contact to offer. Ideal candidates will bring: Proven success recruiting in the construction space—especially for hyperscale data center projects or mission-critical infrastructure. Familiarity with key safety certifications and trade licenses, such as OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and Journeyman-level credentials.
