State Compliance File late NC‑5Q / NCUI‑101 and TX TWC C‑3/C‑4; initiate state payment plans. Documentation & Handoff Provide signed returns, confirmation receipts, IA acceptance letter, and a one‑page “next steps” memo. Must‑Have Qualifications Valid PTIN. 3+ yrs hands‑on payroll tax prep for small businesses; proven Form 941 & Schedule B expertise. Experience with IRS EFTPS, online payment agreements, and state portals (NCDOR eBusiness, NCSUITS, TWC UTS). Working knowledge of trust‑fund rules and penalty abatement. Strong attention to detail; able to meet a 48‑hour turnaround. Bonus: Active EFIN & Reporting‑Agent PIN, EA or CPA license.
