I’m hiring a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help support the daily backend of my growing digital wellness brand. You’ll be responsible for organizing and uploading content, managing Flodesk email sequences, and helping set up digital product launches and freebie delivery. This brand is rooted in elevated visuals, clean systems, and soulful offerings—and I’m looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, and experienced with digital tools. You’ll Help With: • Uploading + formatting freebies, PDFs, and product content • Setting up and managing Flodesk email sequences + workflows • Tagging, segmenting, and scheduling emails inside Flodesk • Organizing Google Drive and file structure • Light Canva tasks (resizing, formatting, or saving brand assets) • Tracking tasks and helping prep for launches (email, freebies, timelines) You’re a Great Fit If You: • Have experience with Flodesk, Canva, and Google Drive • Have supported digital product launches or content delivery • Are organized, efficient, and great with checklists • Can work independently and love supporting mission-driven brands • Bonus: you’ve worked with wellness, lifestyle, or soulful creative brands How to Apply: Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
