Hi there, I am a full-time photographer and I also run a Creative Studio based in Utah. I am in search of a talented and energetic virtual assistant to help primarily with business development, direct marketing, and potentially custom proposal generations. I am on the road a LOT and it is becoming difficult for me to manage existing client workflows while also staying active with outreach tasks. Primarily we do direct (cold) emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and light social media. We are always looking to grow our network, but do so in a way that is authentic to the work we do without being pushy or spammy. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Research and generate lead lists of potential clients (based on criteria like industry, region, brand fit, etc.) - Draft compelling cold emails tailored to different types of brands or creative directors - Set up and maintain outreach tracking (via spreadsheet, Notion, or CRM) - Send and schedule follow-up emails - Help manage and prioritize outreach calendar - (Optional) Handle LinkedIn outreach or light social media DM engagement Ideally candidates would have a decent grasp of using Notion, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook as well as AI assistance tools such as ChatGPT. It would be a huge bonus if you have experience working in the creative world or for creative businesses (photo, video, etc). Experience with the Adobe Suite of products is a huge bonus particularly InDesign which we use a lot to create pitch decks, treatments, and curated proposals. This will be a part-time/hourly role for now, but for the right candidate the hours and the role have the potential to grow. I look forward to hearing from everyone!
