Conversion & Engagement Specialist (Part-Time, Remote) Helping us turn warm B2B leads into real conversations. About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Conversion & Engagement Specialist to join our team part-time. You’ll take over once leads are sourced and campaigns are sent — your job is to turn opens and clicks into replies, follow up with interested contacts, and test messaging that drives real results. This is not just a “copy and paste” role — we need someone who knows how to move people through the funnel with persuasive, smart, and relevant communication. What You’ll Do: • Monitor lead behavior from our email outreach tools (opens, clicks, soft engagement) • Follow up manually with warm leads via email or LinkedIn (using smart, casual tone) • Test and optimize messaging: subject lines, first lines, CTAs • Report what’s working, what’s not, and suggest data-driven tweaks • Coordinate lightly with the lead generation specialist (no sourcing required) Ideal Candidate: • You’ve worked in B2B cold email or sales engagement before (especially in HR, wellness, SaaS, or healthcare) • You’re comfortable using tools like Instantly, Apollo, or similar • You know how to warm up leads without being pushy • You write clearly, conversationally, and persuasively • You love improving results, not just sending messages What Success Looks Like: • Higher reply rates (measured weekly) • Conversations with qualified leads actually starting • Clear patterns on what messaging gets attention Details: • Part-Time (Flexible hours) — approx. 10–12 hrs/week • Remote, async-friendly • Flat monthly rate: Negotiable depending on experience, with bonus potential for booked calls or conversions
