Description: We’re looking for a U.S.-based R&D Tax Credit specialist or accountant with specific experience working with startups, SaaS platforms, or tech-enabled content companies. Our company, Golf Fit, Inc., is a personalized golf fitness platform that delivers custom training programs to golfers via app and web. We’ve spent over $300K building the platform—this includes web/app development, backend personalization logic, and a major investment in filming and editing modular fitness content designed to be integrated dynamically. We need help evaluating and classifying which of our 2023 and 2024 expenses qualify under the federal R&D tax credit, and preparing proper documentation for submission. ________________________________________ Scope of Work: • Review our 2023–2024 development and production expenses • Identify which qualify under IRS R&D criteria (wages, contract work, supplies, software, experimentation, etc.) • Help us separate qualifying vs. non-qualifying content production and integration expenses • Provide a clear summary report for our accountant • Optional: assist with Form 6765 or documentation for our tax preparer ________________________________________ Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience working on R&D tax credit filings (especially for digital platforms or tech-driven content companies) • Familiarity with platforms like Uscreen, custom CMS, and adaptive logic systems a plus • Experience supporting S-Corps and startups with payroll tax offsets and pass-through credits • Strong communication skills and ability to work quickly and independently
