Title: Operations & Project Coordinator Description We’re a small business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Project Coordinator to help us stay organized and efficient. This role involves managing internal tasks, documenting processes, organizing notes, and helping streamline our day-to-day operations. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and love improving how things run, we’d love to work with you. What You’ll Do Keep our project management system updated We are migrating to a new platform and need support with the migration Attend or review meeting notes and turn them into clear tasks and todo’s Organize internal documents, templates, and SOPs Help map out internal workflows and business processes Identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements Occasionally communicate with team members to keep tasks moving Ideal Skills & Experience Strong organizational and task management skills Experience using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc…) Ability to document processes clearly and concisely Comfortable working independently and checking in regularly Bonus: experience working with small businesses or startups Scope & Availability Estimated 20-25 hours per week to start Flexible hours, async-friendly Potential for long-term collaboration if we’re a good fit Bonus: living in Austin Texas for in person meetups
