We are seeking a talented graphic and motion graphic designer(s) to create a series of versatile graphic templates that align with our brand messaging across multiple digital and traditional platforms. Includes templates for social media, print materials, TV ads, audio/radio, and signage. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to adapt designs for different formats while ensuring consistency in our messaging. Deliverables Develop tailored graphic designs, icons, imagery, messaging for the following demographics with special consideration for Women: Black/African-Americans Native Americans Design Templates: Digital Graphic templates for digital display ads, television graphics, social media, websites, and email campaigns. Print graphic templates for posters, out-of-home ads media, flyers, and brochures .Customer facing signage templates, including posters and digital screens We have all design specs, file sizes and formats needed and can share if there is interest in this exciting project. Design Requirements Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines. Incorporate demographic-specific colors, imagery, and typography. Demographic Groups and Specific Requirements Women Colors: Use calming and empowering colors (e.g., soft blues, purples, and greens). Imagery: Depict women in various roles (e.g., professionals, parents) using public transportation. Typography: Choose modern, readable fonts. Messaging should emphasize personal safety and empowerment. Sample Phrases: “Feel Safe, Travel Confidently” / “Your Journey, Your Safety” / “Empowering Women on the Go” Black/African-Americans Colors: Use strong, bold colors (e.g., deep blues, greens, and purples). Imagery: Feature African-American individuals in various scenarios involving public transit. Typography: Choose impactful, easy-to-read fonts. Messaging should emphasize safety, community, and empowerment. Creative Concepting Need to have 2-3 concepts developed.
