What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an experienced freelance AI consultant to help us harness AI across our business — from operational efficiency to product innovation. This isn’t a vague “let’s see what AI can do” gig. We have ideas. We have content. We want someone who can build quickly, test, and iterate, helping us level up what we deliver to clients and how we run the company internally. Initial Focus Areas: Develop custom GPTs trained on RED BEAR negotiation principles Automate repetitive content tasks (summarization, content repurposing, slide prep) Build internal tools (CRM/workflow improvements using Zapier, Notion, Airtable, or other stack) Explore AI-powered client tools or value-adds for workshops You Might Be a Fit If You: Have experience building with OpenAI tools, GPTs, LangChain, Zapier, etc. Know how to get from prototype to production — fast Can speak business and tech (and understand what matters to a premium B2B brand) Are proactive and creative — and don't wait for permission to explore ideas Have previous experience with consultancies, training firms, or B2B services (a big plus) Scope & Details: Freelance / project-based, starting at 10–20 hours per week Remote, flexible hours Opportunity to grow into ongoing work or larger innovation role Competitive freelance rate depending on experience How to Apply: Send us your portfolio or examples of tools you’ve built — and a note on why this excites you.
