CMS Developer – Estate Planning Platform Position: CMS Developer (Project-Based) Company: Mindset2 / McIntyre Elder Law Location: Remote (Preference for candidates near Charlotte, NC) About the Project: We are developing an innovative cloud-based estate planning drafting platform designed to automate client intake, streamline attorney consultations, and efficiently generate estate planning documents. We have already laid the groundwork with a client intake form using Gravity Forms (WordPress CMS) and require an experienced CMS Developer to optimize and expand our system, completing key functionality and accelerating our project timeline. Key Responsibilities: Review and optimize existing Gravity Forms-based client intake form to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and user experience. Complete and refine the client information form to ensure accuracy, intuitive logic, and effective data capture. Develop and implement an attorney consultation form with conditional logic to guide attorneys seamlessly through the estate planning workflow. Integrate forms and automate data flow to facilitate efficient document drafting and overall process management. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues to ensure seamless operation across the entire platform. Collaborate directly with project lead (CEO/attorney) to meet specific project goals and timelines. Qualifications: Proven experience developing and optimizing complex forms and workflows within a CMS, specifically WordPress and Gravity Forms. Strong understanding of form logic, conditional fields, data integration, and workflow automation. Familiarity with estate planning or legal tech preferred but not required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver solutions quickly and effectively. Strong communication skills and responsiveness for effective remote collaboration.
