We are seeking an experienced architectural drafter to produce a clean set of CAD drawings based on an existing As-Built floor plan for a residential remodel project located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The goal is to create engineering-ready documentation that includes a dimensioned floor plan, exterior elevations, basic roof plan, window and door schedule, and a site plan based on a provided survey. These drawings will be submitted to our structural engineer to prepare construction documents and permitting packages. This is not a design role—just accurate, organized drafting work based on the existing layout. Scope of Work: Using the As-Built and survey, the drafter will create a full preliminary design plan set, including: Scaled, dimensioned floor plan with room labels and wall notations Four exterior elevations (front, rear, left, right) Basic roof plan showing slope direction and roof structure layout Window and door schedule (size, location, type, tag, notes) Site plan based on provided survey, showing setbacks, orientation, and structure General notes for engineering reference (field verify tags, known assumptions) Proper layering, scaling, and clean DWG formatting for engineer handoff What We Will Provide: As-Built plan (PDF scan) Site survey (PDF or CAD) Optional civil plan if needed Any available notes or photos to guide assumptions for roof/elevations Deliverables: DWG files of floor plan, elevations, site plan, and roof plan Window/Door schedule (included in plan or as separate sheet) Combined PDF set for review and engineering coordination Budget & Payment Terms: This is a fixed‐price project. Total budget: $600–$1,200, to be divided into the following milestones: Floor plan draft – 25% Exterior elevations + roof plan – 35% Site plan + window/door schedule – 30% Final combined PDF and DWG delivery – 10% Please bid within this range. All deliverables must be well-organized, layered, and engineering-ready.
