We’re a growing U.S.-based software agency looking for a part-time Technical Project Manager to help us manage client projects and internal development. This is a flexible, remote role starting at ~1 hour/day but with steady work increases over time — potentially scaling up to as much work as you want to take on. Responsibilities - Review code submitted by developers (mainly React/TypeScript/Next.js projects) - Perform Git merges and write clean, detailed commit messages (GitLense Knowledge is appreciated) - Communicate clearly with developers about updates, issues, and requirements - Keep track of tasks across ClickUp and Google Sheets - Coordinate small internal teams and keep deliverables organized - Help spot inconsistencies, tech debt, and areas for refactoring/improvement - Assist in creating documentation when needed Qualifications - No degree required — just solid technical familiarity - Some experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Next.js is preferred - Must be comfortable using Git and reviewing pull requests - Strong written communication skills (especially when explaining decisions or giving feedback) - Detail-oriented and comfortable staying organized across multiple tools - Self-starter: we don’t micromanage — we’re looking for someone dependable and proactive - Bonus: Familiarity with managing developers or projects before Compensation & Hours - $25–$50/hr, depending on experience - ~1 hour/day to start, growing steadily based on performance and our workload
