I am seeking an experienced employment attorney to draft an employment agreement that ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, particularly securities laws related to non-licensed capital-raising activities. Additionally, I would appreciate your insights on the best way to structure this engagement effectively. My Concerns: I do not currently hold a securities license for capital-raising activities. A significant portion of the compensation for this role is tied to capital-raising efforts.
