Hello! I'm looking for a loan officer assistant. I am currently a solo broker. I have some systems in place that have been working nicely and I'm running out of time in my day. The main task in this role is to set appointments or live transfer leads that I purchase utilizing my CRM. My CRM is very dialed in and there will basically be 10-15 leads for you to work every single day. Get client on phone, run them through a couple of basic pre-qualification questions, make sure they want to speak with me, and then transfer them over. You can utilize text in CRM as well. I'm thinking this would be a 20 hr/week position to start but could easily be 30-40 if you are performing. Once you and I start brining in more business, we could bump up the hours. I live in San Diego, CA but am completely okay if you are virtual. All of my loans are virtual. I'm licensed in 25 states. We can do everything these days via screenshare. We can talk pay. We will start at $10/HR. I'd also want to provide more compensation to you as the business grows, and for certain activities (like appointments set, closings, etc.).. ultimately I'm looking for someone who wants to help me grow this thing and I'd like to compensate generously.
