Looking for Insurance Admin or Ops Staff to Walk Us Through Day-to-Day Manual Tasks Description: We’re building automation tools for the insurance industry and are looking to speak with people who actually perform the manual, repetitive tasks involved in daily operations. This is not a strategy or consulting role — we’re looking for someone who has firsthand experience entering data, handling forms, processing claims, managing emails, etc. We’d love your help understanding: How data is entered into systems (e.g., CRMs, quoting tools, billing platforms) Where spreadsheets or copy-pasting is used to move data between systems Manual work involved in policy updates, claims submissions, and underwriting support Communication with clients, adjusters, and underwriters (email, portals, fax, phone) You might be a great fit if you: Currently work (or recently worked) at an insurance agency, brokerage, or carrier Handle back-office tasks, customer service, claims, or data entry Use tools like Applied Epic, AMS360, Guidewire, Salesforce, or similar daily Can spend 60–90 minutes with us on Zoom showing how the work is done (with examples or screen shares if possible — we’re happy to blur/hide sensitive info) This is a paid opportunity — we respect your time and experience.
