Job Description: We're a lifecycle marketing agency seeking a talented and dependable freelancer to support a high-profile software client. This client is a well-known brand in the tech space and an absolute pleasure to work with — organized, collaborative, and results-driven. Your Role: You’ll work closely with our team to help plan, build, QA, and deploy both one-off email campaigns and multi-step customer journeys within Iterable. You'll contribute to ongoing optimization efforts, help write or refine email copy, and ensure everything meets quality standards before launch. Key Responsibilities: - Build and deploy marketing emails in Iterable (templated and custom HTML) - Set up automated lifecycle journeys and triggered campaigns - QA emails across devices and use cases - Collaborate on or independently write and edit high-performing email copy - Analyze results and flag opportunities for improvement - Communicate proactively with our internal team and meet deadlines reliably What We’re Looking For: - 2+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing - Hands-on experience with Iterable (must-have) - Solid skills in email QA and campaign deployment - Strong copywriting and editing abilities - Detail-oriented with an eye for clean builds and clear, engaging messages - Ideally able to work or meet within Pacific Time hours (PT) - Friendly, professional communicator who takes initiative Bonus Points For: - Experience with SaaS or B2B marketing - Familiarity with tools like Litmus or Email on Acid for QA - Design sense or basic HTML knowledge for layout tweaks Project Scope & Duration: Initial 1-3 month engagement, with potential for ongoing work based on performance and client needs.
