Junior/Intermediate Interior Designer for Residential Projects

Lore Design Inc. is an award winning boutique design firm specializing in residential interior design projects internationally. This role has the potential to become more long term. We are looking for someone to grow with us and become a core part of our design team. We’re looking for a designer with 3-5 years of experience who can help with FF&E sourcing for high end residential projects. We’re looking for designers who have experience with the following: 1. Understanding mood and inspiration images to find furniture, lighting, hardware, accessories, plumbing fixtures, etc. that would be suitable for the aesthetic we’re trying to achieve 2. Knowledge of interior design vendors that are known for high quality design products and services that would be a great fit for the design 3. Ability to interpret floor plans and elevations to ensure products will fit in our space 4. Inquiring about lead times, pricing, and product details with vendors. Following up with vendors to confirm information. 5. Coordinating and scheduling installations. 6. Finding inspiration ideas that would work with our design and/or offer something unique and special to the project Please share any relevant project experience you have working with other designers or interior design companies.
