Description: We are seeking a highly experienced, self-driven cold caller and appointment setter based in the United States to own and execute our outbound calling operation from the ground up. You will be responsible for everything: creating the script, defining objection handling, setting appointments, and refining the process to maximize conversion. This is not a hand-holding role. We want someone with a proven track record of generating appointments who can hit the ground running and deliver results independently. What You’ll Be Doing: • Build and refine cold calling scripts and outreach strategies • Call warm and cold leads (we provide lists) • Set high-quality appointments for our home remodeling sales team • Own the full outreach and scheduling pipeline • Track and report outcomes, iterate based on performance • Create your own workflows, processes, and best practices Who You Are: ✅ U.S.-based with native-level English and excellent communication skills ✅ 3+ years experience in outbound sales or appointment setting ✅ Experience in construction, remodeling, roofing, or home services strongly preferred ✅ Self-starter: You don’t wait for direction—you create the roadmap ✅ Proven ability to build scripts and systems that convert ✅ Comfortable working independently and reporting on metrics ✅ Reliable, confident, and consistent performer Compensation: • Hourly rate based on experience • Performance bonuses for booked and completed appointments • Ongoing work with potential to scale into a team lead role To Apply: Please include: 1.
