Drupal Expert to Update a Webinar Library on Company Website

The project is simple. We had our webinars hosted on GoToWebinars but stopped paying for the hosting when we found out they were not viewable. They were .WMV files that are no longer compatible with most computers as an outdated format. I thought it would be a simple fix to use an online converter to Mp4s. Then, just change the links to YouTube once I had loaded the new files onto our YouTube channel. However, it is not so simple. The page is set up somehow different than with a quick fix with the Edit tab to just direct the link to a new page. Finding where the content actually is has had my head spinning. I loaded all the webinars into YouTube, what would be your estimate to get the job done to get them viewable on our site? I need what is most simple to edit - either a list of links with video YouTube image and name or embed them onto our site. Seriously, it has to be the easiest for me to edit and maintain. If you could send a cost analysis with what rate you would charge and how long it would take, it will be great. I can present this then to the CEO for approval then proceed with the job.
