Remote Scheduler and Dispatcher for Home Service Business


We are seeking a dedicated, full-time remote scheduler and dispatcher for our hot tub cleaning and management business located in Michigan. We service over 1,300 customers and do 30-50 jobs a day. This is a salary paid position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service appointments, managing technician schedules, and ensuring efficient communication with clients. Experience in customer service and dispatching is preferred. Familiarity with home service operations will be a plus.
