Website Administrator Needed for Ongoing Support

We are seeking an experienced Website Administrator to manage and maintain our website. We have a WordPress website running the Elementor Pro plugin. I need someone to make a monthly backup and install plugin updates. We are running about 12 plugins on the website which is hosted by Hostinger.com. Each time I tried to update the plugins, I end up breaking the drop down menus on the website and have to restore from backup.
