Description: We are seeking a seasoned Leadership Development Consultant to support a series of coaching and training engagements for clients in the education sector and/or city and state government agencies. Ideal candidates will have experience designing and facilitating leadership programs tailored to mission-driven environments, with a strong understanding of public sector dynamics, organizational culture, and DEIB principles.
