I am a seasoned Chief of Staff/SEVA based on the West Coast, running a successful business since 1999. I have a small team and am looking for my second assistant. I need someone who is a quick study, highly tech-savvy, proactive, and works efficiently and effectively (GSD mode). Someone who is proactive and offers a smarter, faster, and better way to do things. If you know AI and automation, this is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a LinkedIn profile with endorsements. My business continues to grow and flourish, and I am searching for a reliable right-hand person to share the workload who will work closely with me. I have a wonderful EA helping me, and I have her booked, so I need a part-time #2 Admin. I guess 5-10 hours per week, depending on your availability. Position Overview: The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with small businesses and/or entrepreneurs and possess the ability to execute tasks at an exceptionally high level. There is no room for a lot of mistakes. This role involves direct collaboration with me, focusing solely on internal responsibilities rather than client interactions. The position is part-time, estimated at 5-10 hours per week, with the potential for flexibility and more hours. My first EA started out this way and is now booked solid and has been promoted to my Special Projects Manager. Requirements: Proven experience supporting small businesses and/or Entrepreneurs. Expertise with G-Workspace, MS Office Suite, Trello, MailChimp, Slack, & other software platforms. Availability during normal business hours (9-4 pm PACIFIC). Strong organizational and communication skills. Must be easy to reach and must respond quickly, M-F. Must know how to conduct in-depth research and not just rely on Google searches. Qualifications: Previous experience in a virtual environment for over two years. Ability to meet high standards while maintaining a positive working relationship. Google Workspace expertise ChatGPT, Gemini, Apollo.io, etc, are some of the tools needed to succeed in this role. Someone with MailChimp expertise will be considered first. Please include all platforms you consider yourself an expert in. I will need three professional references from clients whom I can call. Without this, you will not be considered.
