I’m looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented with excellent written communication skills to be my Virtual Assistant. You’ll be assisting with a range of admin and content-related tasks, and you should expect to receive several requests per day, many of which will have same-day deadlines. This is a part-time role, starting at 10–20 hours per month, with potential to grow if we’re a great fit. You’ll be working remotely, but must be available during 9AM–5PM PST (Monday–Friday). Key Responsibilities: Organize content files from recording to uploading Schedule social media posts (manually and using scheduling tools like Metricool) Write Instagram Story sequences and occasional IG story posts Communicate with our team when files are uploaded, scheduled, or ready for review Prioritize and manage multiple incoming requests efficiently Knowledge & Skills: You must be a DOER. We are a start up and cannot train you on every detail. You must be proactive in finding solutions on your own, you can use AI or anything you need to help you finish the job. You must communicate in a timely manner. We have a max 24 hour response time within our team M-F during business hours. We over-communicate on our team to make sure tasks are done promptly and correctly. Ability to manage multiple incoming requests, while ensuring they are relayed or handled at the appropriate time, in the necessary order and in the correct manner The capability to learn new software and systems.
