Boutique Property Management Company based in TX seeking part-time Virtual Assistant for leasing, marketing, rent collections, general correspondence, and other property management related tasks. Hours can be flexible but we do need someone who is available off and on throughout each day to check Gmail and other sites to keep the workflow moving smoothly. Because we are a smaller outfit, we need someone who is comfortable utilizing various websites and platforms (such as apartments dot com , Trello, Zillow, etc) rather than larger softwares. This job requires a special blend of empathy and professionalism to be done effectively. As such, we are looking for someone with both exceptional people skills and the ability to be assertive/firm.
