Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist for Values-Based Financial Planning Firm


We're NW Advisory, a financial planning practice rooted in behavioral wealth management, helping individuals and families build lasting, multi-generational wealth through ownership, disciplined planning, and timeless financial principles. We are seeking a motivated and experienced freelancer to help us generate qualified leads and convert them into ideal clients who align with our values: patience, stewardship, and a focus on long-term ownership over short-term speculation. Our Ideal Clients: Business owners or professionals in the Pacific Northwest Families seeking multi-generational wealth planning People who value coaching and behavioral guidance as much as portfolio performance Individuals going through life transitions (e.g., retirement, business exit, inheritance) Your Role Will Include: Developing and executing outreach strategies to find clients aligned with our philosophy Identifying key platforms (LinkedIn, niche forums, email lists, etc.) for lead generation Building email/text/DM scripts that feel personalized and authentic Tracking and managing leads through CRM (or helping us build/optimize one) Advising on potential marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, podcasts, etc.) Qualifications: Proven experience in financial services marketing or client outreach Strong communication skills—especially persuasive writing Bonus: Familiarity with behavioral finance or the philosophies of Nick Murray Why Work With Us: You'll be representing a firm that prioritizes honesty, clarity, and relationships over product sales.
