As we prepare for scale, we’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer with DevOps experience in SaaS or platform building to own our infrastructure and help us build a world-class product. What You’ll Do Lead architecture and backend development across our MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). (When refactoring you may greenfield) Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices to support influencer profiles, deals, verification tools, and AI-powered features. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, staging environments, and production deployments. Own cloud infrastructure and automate DevOps workflows using tools like Docker, GitHub Actions, and Terraform (or similar). Ensure uptime, scalability, and security across our platform. Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to align tech with vision. Mentor and guide other developers as we grow the engineering team. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer, with recent focus on Node.js and React.js. 3+ years of DevOps experience with cloud platforms (we use AWS and Vercel). Proven ability to lead or architect modern web apps at scale. Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, or similar). Strong database design skills (MongoDB, experience with Mongoose a plus). Familiarity with API design, auth systems, and performance optimization. Strong communication and leadership skills. Bonus Points Experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments. Familiarity with AI integration, influencer platforms, or marketplaces. Prior contributions to scaling frontend codebases (React + Tailwind).
