Hiring Frontend/Backend Developer & UX Designer for Neurodiversity-Focused AI Startup (Diverge)
Hourly: $50.00 - $67.00
Diverge is going to be an early-stage AI-powered platform designed to support neurodivergent individuals in navigating life—career, relationships, emotional regulation, and more. We're building something deeply personal, intelligent, and impactful. I’m looking for a short-term partner (long-term if successful)—someone who is not only technically skilled but also a thoughtful, empathetic creator. You should have a solid understanding of mental health and neurodiversity, and a genuine desire to build tools that make a difference. What I'm looking for: 1. A full-stack developer (frontend + backend) with proven experience in app development and launch 2. Strong grasp of modern frameworks, APIs, and deployment processes 3. knowledgable about AI tools, mobile app design, or personalized platforms 4. Eye for UI/UX and a user-first mindset 5. Comfortable working collaboratively on early-stage projects, brainstorming ideas, and pivoting as needed Pay: $50-60 per hour Location/Timezone requirement: PST (Pacific Standard Time) I don't have much experience or knowledge about AI so I'm looking for a collaborative partner well-versed in AI and app development to help me take the lead on creating something big.
