The Role: We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Vice President of Sales Automation & AI Implementation to join our executive leadership team. - This pivotal role involves architecting and executing our sales technology roadmap, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Artificial Intelligence to boost efficiency, accelerate growth, and solidify our market leadership. - The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative thinker with profound expertise in sales processes, AI technologies, and Salesforce optimization. - You must be a quick learner, enthusiastic about integrating AI into business practices, and possess the leadership skills to build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. Vice President of Sales Automation & AI Implementation Responsibilities: - Develop & Execute Sales Automation Strategy - Design, implement, and continuously optimize a comprehensive sales automation strategy. Leverage Google Workspace and other cutting-edge tools to streamline workflows, enhance lead management, and maximize sales productivity. - Lead AI Implementation - Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI-powered solutions (including Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and similar platforms) across sales and operational functions to improve lead generation, personalize customer engagement, and optimize internal knowledge systems. - Drive Salesforce Strategy & Optimization - Lead the ongoing strategic management and optimization of our existing Salesforce instance, ensuring its alignment with evolving sales processes and its capability to deliver actionable business intelligence. Develop and execute strategies to maximize its value across the organization. - Champion Best Practices & Innovation - Act as a thought leader by researching, recommending, and implementing best practices in sales automation and AI. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive a culture of continuous improvement. - Build & Lead SDR Team - Recruit, hire, train, and manage an elite SDR team. Develop and implement sophisticated training programs incorporating AI tools and advanced sales methodologies to ensure peak performance. - Foster an AI-Hybrid Workspace - Lead the charge in creating and maintaining an AI-enhanced work environment, equipping our team to effectively utilize AI tools and fostering adaptability. Qualifications: - Executive-Level Experience - Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role focusing on sales Vice President of Sales Automation & AI Implementation operations, sales technology, or a related field, preferably within the technology or B2B sectors. - Sales Automation Expertise - Deep, hands-on knowledge of sales automation platforms and strategic implementation, with strong proficiency in Google Workspace. - AI Implementation Acumen - Demonstrable experience in implementing and leveraging AI tools (including Google Gemini, ChatGPT or similar) in a business setting, particularly within sales and marketing. - Salesforce Mastery - Extensive experience with Salesforce optimization, customization, and strategic management. - Strong Leadership Skills - Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, with specific experience in hiring and developing SDRs highly desired. - Strategic & Creative Vision - Exceptional ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and devise innovative, data-driven solutions. - Adaptability & Rapid Learning - A strong aptitude for quickly understanding and mastering new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment. - US-Based - Applicants must be based within the United States.
