As a Part-Time Project Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing our workflow and ensuring that PAM’s operations are running efficiently. You will work closely with our operations team to set up, implement, and maintain our Zoho CRM system while continuing to identify and implement improvements to our day-to-day processes. This is an ongoing, contract-based role, with the potential for extended or future engagements depending on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and configure Zoho CRM according to PAM’s specific needs and workflows. • Work with the operations team to understand business processes and workflows to ensure Zoho CRM is fully integrated into the organization. • Maintain and update Zoho CRM, ensuring the system is optimized and aligned with PAM’s goals. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Zoho CRM and integrations with other tools. • Organize and document operational workflows and ensure ongoing process improvements. • Regularly review and assess CRM data to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness. • Collaborate with team members to ensure all objectives are met on schedule and to the highest standard. • Provide training and support to staff on Zoho CRM usage and best practices. • Develop reports and dashboards for leadership to track progress toward company goals and performance metrics. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in Zoho CRM setup, implementation, and ongoing management. • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams. • Ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Prior experience in operations or project management within a growing company is a plus. • Familiarity with other Zoho tools (Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, etc.) is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of patent industry processes or law-related experience is a plus. • Familiarity with process automation and integrations between various software tools.
