Main Responsibilities: *Research key competitor traits and background (2-3 hours/week) *Develop relevant topics and content for sharing information with key audiences (5-8 hours/week) *Posting content (2-3 hrs/week) *Work with other personnel to facilitate the creation of content (1-2 hours/week) *The position is ideally hybrid (with most work being done remotely, but regular and periodic in-person meetings will be needed) Minimum Requirements: *Working knowledge of mid-tier to high-end fashion and fashion brands *Desire to learn or grow in the fashion styling or merchandising space *Ability to continue working beyond the summer (with re-negotiated hours and availability) *Deep desire to learn, grow, and become an expert in your field of study Essential Skills: *Research expertise *Ability to write complex sentences and grasp high-level conversations *Ability to "find" the issue and solve the problem without oversight or instruction *Ability to work independently and complete tasks with a given deadline *Understanding of YouTube posting intricacies *Ability to receive instruction and feedback Time Commitment: *Total weekly commitment is 10-20 hours *Applicant needs to have scheduling flexibility week to week *Work hours are Tuesday through Friday only *No work is expected during /for holidays *The position is hybrid so, ideally, most work will be done remotely with video check-ins on occasion, and periodic in-person sessions to brainstorm, do content creation, etc.) *Availability to support speaking engagements and training is a plus (in more of a Personal Assistant capacity) Proposed Start Date: *Interviewing will be through June 20 *Acceptance notifications will go out by June 27 *Proposed start for all new hires will be July 1
