Description: I am the Managing Member of a Georgia-based accounting firm (LLC) that is entering a formal wind-down following a client dispute and insurance claim denial. I'm seeking a licensed U.S.-based business attorney to assist with: Reviewing and refining a client-facing letter regarding a reconciliation issue Drafting or advising on a professional resolution statement Guiding language to minimize liability exposure Providing light consultation on legal aspects of winding down the entity Advising on communications with a corporate client requesting reimbursement Ideal Experience: Business litigation or commercial dispute resolution Insurance coverage review (especially E&O) LLC liability protection and wind-down procedures Client correspondence and contract nuance Deliverables: Review and light revision of 1–2 documents One-time consult (30–60 minutes) Optional follow-up support, if needed Timeline: Looking to retain someone available within the next 24–48 hours. Familiarity with Georgia or Virginia business law is a bonus, but not required.
