I am seeking a licensed Utah family law attorney (preferably in Utah County) to handle a remote, uncontested divorce for a same-sex couple married via Utah’s online marriage system. Both spouses are Israeli citizens with passports, one also holds a U.S. passport the other a Czech passport. The marriage was performed remotely via Utah County’s virtual marriage service.
