Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy to promote the play-to-earn game, focusing on user acquisition, brand awareness, and community building across digital platforms, with an emphasis on TikTok and Instagram. Social Media Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of engaging, platform-specific campaigns on TikTok and Instagram to attract early adopters, highlighting the game’s unique features and the paid survey incentive for testers. Brand Development: Define and establish the game’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with gaming communities and aligns with the play-to-earn model. Investor Relations Support: Collaborate with fundraising teams to craft compelling marketing materials and pitches that demonstrate the game’s market potential and user engagement to attract investors. User Feedback Integration: Work closely with the development team to incorporate user feedback from surveys into marketing strategies, showcasing updates and improvements to maintain tester engagement. Team Management: Build and lead a marketing team, including social media strategists, content creators, and analysts, to execute campaigns and achieve growth objectives. Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights from platform analytics (e.g., TikTok Ads Manager, Instagram Insights) to measure campaign performance, optimize user acquisition, and report on key metrics to stakeholders. Industry Trends: Stay ahead of trends in gaming, play-to-earn models, and social media marketing to ensure the game remains competitive and relevant in a fast-evolving market. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader, ideally in the gaming, tech, or blockchain industry. Deep expertise in social media marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns on TikTok and Instagram. Strong understanding of the play-to-earn gaming ecosystem and the motivations of gaming communities.
