7SIGNAL is seeking an experienced Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) to support Wi-Fi and enterprise network-related projects for our global customers and prospects. As a leader in digital experience monitoring, 7SIGNAL provides endpoint and network visibility to some of the world’s largest enterprises. We're looking for an expert-level resource to assist with pre-sales consulting, troubleshooting, and solution design across a wide range of wireless and wired network environments. Responsibilities: Collaborate with 7SIGNAL Sales Engineers and Account Managers to assess network environments and customer needs Support Wi-Fi and LAN troubleshooting for key customer deployments and Pilots Assist with network design validation and architecture reviews Provide Cisco-specific guidance (Catalyst, Meraki, DNA Center) and best practices for enterprise networks Participate in customer meetings to advise on technical fit and integration of 7SIGNAL solutions Document findings, network diagrams, and configuration recommendations Help scope technical implementation services as needed Requirements: Active CCIE certification in Enterprise Wireless, Infrastructure, or equivalent 7+ years of experience with complex enterprise networks (wired and wireless) Deep familiarity with Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, and DNA Center platforms Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and WLAN design Experience working with digital experience monitoring (DEM), network performance monitoring (NPM), or AIOps solutions is a plus Ability to communicate complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional environment Project Type: Hourly or milestone-based Flexible part-time engagement, with potential for ongoing work based on performance Why Work with 7SIGNAL: You’ll be supporting cutting-edge Wi-Fi optimization and endpoint monitoring projects that power mission-critical operations in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and more.
