Thank You Card Re-design for eCommerce Brand

We'd like to redesign our packaging insert which is put in boxes in customer's shipments. It is so expensive at current size and contains info not needed on the postcard. Currently, it is 6x8 horizontal score folded. We want to change it to be on a double-sided 4x6 postcard. I'll provide all copy, branding, logos, and colour palette/brand guide. Need a talented graphic designer to come up with 3 layout concepts for the postcard. Based on the select concept, design with copy and branding elements and prepare in a print ready file (Adobe PDF) per specs provided. Prefer a minimalist, luxury design aesthetic as we're a premium brand.
