Interviewing Consultant for SR Account Executive


Description: We’re seeking a highly experienced hiring advisor or talent professional to assist in the evaluation and selection of a Senior Account Executive (or Account Manager) for our flagship software product, the TValue Engine—a specialized B2B SaaS solution widely used in financial institutions for loan and leasing calculations. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands B2B software sales hiring, can participate directly in candidate interviews, and is confident offering structured and actionable feedback to help us make a great hire. Our team is using the WHO Method for hiring—so you should be familiar with this framework, especially the Focus Interview phase; we want someone who can help guide us through this portion with a sharp eye for talent, coach us on better questioning and evaluation techniques, and help drill down when needed to assess skill, drive, and culture fit. You’ll join 2–3 focus interviews alongside our leadership team, review candidate resumes and scorecards, and provide a clear perspective on strengths, red flags, and ultimately, help guide us toward selecting the right hire. We’re not looking for someone just to shadow or observe passively; we want a true thought partner who can challenge assumptions, surface insights we may have missed, and help raise the bar of our hiring process overall.
