We’re seeking a highly skilled contractor to design, build, and optimize B2B lead generation workflows and automations across our entire tech stack. You’ll hit the ground running, leveraging tools like Make, HubSpot, custom web applications, and our emerging AI Agent workforce to streamline sales outreach, data enrichment, follow-up, and reporting. Responsibilities Architect and implement end-to-end B2B lead gen funnels using Make, HubSpot, and custom APIs Automate data flows between CRM, marketing, analytics, and in-house applications Build smart triggering rules and sequences to maximize touchpoints and conversions Integrate AI Agents for tasks such as lead scoring, personalized outreach, and follow-up reminders Monitor performance, troubleshoot failures, and continuously optimize workflows Document all automation processes, maintain version control, and train internal stakeholders What We’re Looking For Proven experience in tech-focused B2B lead generation and workflow automation (not just physical products) Deep expertise with Make, HubSpot workflows & APIs, and RESTful integrations Hands-on with custom web apps—able to read API docs and troubleshoot code snippets Familiarity with AI-driven automation or RAG-style agents is a plus Strong communicator who can document processes clearly and train team members Able to start immediately and commit to a consistent weekly schedule on an hourly contract Bonus Points Previous work scaling lead-gen at high-growth startups Experience with additional tools like Zapier, Salesforce, or Outreach.io Comfort with light scripting (JavaScript, Python) for custom integrations
