Hello, We are looking for an experienced Ad Manager to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and others. For Mailing platform we use Klaviyo and Mailchimp. This role is performance-based compensation, meaning earnings will be directly linked to results. We are seeking a driven and experienced Ad Manager who understands the nuances of digital marketing and can scale our paid advertising efforts. Starting with a budget of £100/day, you’ll have the opportunity to spend as much as you can scale – our only limit is your performance! Compensation Model: 10% of the prior day's revenue generated from your ad campaigns. Fully uncapped – the more you drive, the more you earn. Responsibilities: - Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to drive sales and conversions - Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed - Provide weekly reports with key metrics and insights - Scale successful campaigns while minimizing ad spend waste Requirements: - Proven experience managing ROI-driven ad campaigns - Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools We are looking for someone proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented.
