ProfitMagik is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a confident, persuasive communicator with experience in marketing a consulting and marketing business. You’ll play a key role in helping us deliver our mission of helping businesses to launch profitably while contributing to our growing community of clients. Key responsibilities will include: Webinar & Workshop Delivery: Host live webinars and live in-person workshops to present ProfitMagik’s offerings, engage with prospective clients, and showcase the value of our solutions. Sales Call Management: You'll conduct one-on-one sales meetings with prospective clients to close deals and achieve sales targets. You must be good at handling objections, building rapport, and tailoring our solutions to client needs to ensure successful conversions. Developing Follow Up Strategies You'll develop follow-up strategies to re-engage potential clients and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Client Relationship Building: You'll establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their journey with ProfitMagik. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand how our solutions align with their profitability goals. Sales Strategy Development: You'll create and execute marketing strategies to attract clients and grow sales. You'll share feedback and insights from client interactions to continuously refine sales processes and improve lead generation efforts. You'll track and report on key sales metrics, offering recommendations for ongoing improvement. Video Marketing You must be able to market using videos to present our offerings on different channels such as YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and our sales pages. Ideal Candidate: Webinar Pro: Skilled in delivering engaging, persuasive, and results-oriented live webinars. Closer: Proven ability to handle objections and close high-value sales over video or phone calls. Team Leader: Experience recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team. Self-Starter: Motivated, resourceful, and capable of managing your responsibilities independently. Results-Oriented: Thrives on achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and personable demeanour. Digital Marketing: Must be versed in digital marketing strategies.
