Upwork Job Post – Founders Battlefield Full-Stack Platform Overview We are building Founders Battlefield – a mobile-first, venture-grade platform tailored for African entrepreneurs. The platform combines storytelling (podcasts), venture support services, mentorship, and a service marketplace in a single digital ecosystem. We are looking to hire a lead full-stack developer or a small team (max 2) to execute the initial version of the product using AI-assisted workflows and lean development practices. The stack is Django for backend logic, Express for API routing, and Next.js for the frontend. Future iterations may introduce a Flutter app. Project Purpose Create a modular, mobile-responsive founder platform that includes: - Deep profiling & onboarding (AFOS-aligned) - Marketplace for services (no payments in V1) - Podcast feature integration ([shared post-contract]/[shared post-contract]) - Events and ticketing - Founder dashboards, reviews, messaging, and AI-powered recommendations - CRM and Admin dashboards Key Modules to Develop 1.
