Position Overview: We are seeking a resourceful and highly motivated IT Support Specialist to manage and optimize our core platforms—Go High Level (CRM) and Call Tools—while supporting internal systems such as O365 and Discord. This person will serve as the go-to technical resource for our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations, proactive problem-solving, and platform performance. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, autonomous, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal oversight. You’ll be instrumental in supporting our day-to-day operations, handling CRM build-outs, campaign setups, and general IT support—including vendor coordination, invoice/account management, and branding assistance. Key Responsibilities:1. CRM: Go High Level – Buildout & Management Design, build, and manage Go High Level workflows, automation, pipelines, and integrations. Maintain system performance, resolve bugs, and continuously optimize based on team feedback. Onboard and train team members on CRM best practices and feature usage. Ensure accurate lead flow and reporting across integrated systems. 2. Call Tools – Campaign Support & Management Set up, configure, and maintain campaigns and dialers within Call Tools. Provide ongoing support to SDRs to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime. Troubleshoot issues in real-time and escalate to vendors when necessary. Analyze call data and recommend improvements to outbound strategies. 3. Lead Sourcing & Vendor Management Identify lead vendors and source reliable lead data for outreach campaigns. Manage relationships with lead providers and ensure proper list formatting and imports. Evaluate quality of leads and provide ongoing recommendations. 4. IT & Systems Support Onboard new employees, setting up laptops, O365 accounts, Discord channels, and system access. Provide on-call support for IT-related issues—especially outside traditional EST business hours (our clients operate primarily on PST). Manage invoice payments, license renewals, and account setup across platforms. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely procurement of tools and software. 5. Branding & Office Support (Optional/As Needed) Assist with physical branding of office space: signage, artwork, workstations, etc. Coordinate branding elements for in-office events and milestones. Support execution of cohesive interior branding ideas from leadership or marketing. Qualifications:Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred—or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience managing and optimizing Go High Level and Call Tools or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, telephony software, and lead sourcing platforms. Comfortable using Discord for internal communication and collaboration. Technical & Functional Skills CRM build-out and automation expertise (Go High Level preferred). Familiarity with outbound campaign strategies and tools. Basic IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, networking). Experience with onboarding processes and managing software access. Competent in handling invoices, account renewals, and third-party platforms. Soft Skills Self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Excellent communicator who can train and support non-technical teams. Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without micromanagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Bonus Skills Experience with branding or office aesthetics. Familiarity with project management and design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe).
