We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to help build a modern, scalable CRM and project management platform tailored for the construction industry. This system is being developed with a focus on field usability, operational efficiency, and seamless integration of AI-powered features. The ideal candidate will have experience designing enterprise-grade software platforms and a deep understanding of how to create intuitive user flows for complex, multi-role systems. You’ll be working closely with our product and development team to design the interface and user experience for tools that will be used by estimators, project managers, admins, and service technicians. Key Responsibilities: • Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces for desktop and mobile platforms • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma • Develop a cohesive design system and component library for handoff to developers • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine UX patterns and logic • Focus on usability for field crews and office staff across job types • Translate complex workflows into simple, functional UI elements • Design dashboards, reporting views, and AI-integrated features Core Platform Features You’ll Design: • Job management and scheduling workflows • Estimating tools and bid generation interfaces • Job costing and real-time budget tracking dashboards • CRM and client communication modules • Service ticketing and warranty claim flows • Photo documentation and plan annotation tools • Internal communication (chat, tasks, meeting recaps) • Mobile app UI and client portal (in future phases) ⸻ Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for SaaS or enterprise platforms • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design of workflow or management systems • Expert in Figma, with clear component structure and documentation • Experience designing for multi-role systems (admin, field, management) • Strong grasp of responsive design and mobile UX • Construction or field service experience is a major plus • Familiarity with AI-enhanced UX patterns is a bonus
