Role Description: DRYFT1’s marketing organization views its street team as a critical frontline brand ambassador unit — engaging directly with consumers, creating memorable in-person brand moments, and driving product awareness, education, and sales across key urban markets. As a Street Team Rider, you will represent the Dryft Board brand in high-traffic city areas, events, and demos. You’ll actively ride and demonstrate Dryft Boards in public spaces, interact with the community, answer product questions, distribute promotional materials, and support sales efforts. This role requires energy, confidence, and a passion for riding the Dryft Board, as well as a strong sense of responsibility for upholding the DRYFT1 brand image in public. Key Responsibilities: Sales Activation: Support on-the-ground sales initiatives, including driving on-site purchases and directing interested customers to local or online purchasing channels. Maintain a working knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product details. Help track referrals or coupon codes linked to street team outreach. Brand Representation and Community Engagement: Ride Dryft Boards confidently in public areas and designated event spaces, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Deliver authentic product demos to showcase board performance, features, and safety. Interact with the public to answer questions, distribute marketing materials, and collect consumer feedback. Create engaging moments that encourage social sharing and word-of-mouth awareness. Safety and Compliance: Follow all company safety guidelines and local regulations when riding and promoting Dryft Boards. Maintain safety gear and ensure equipment (board, helmet, accessories) is in proper working condition. Support the team in reporting and addressing any issues related to public interactions or equipment performance. Content Support and Brand Storytelling: Collaborate with the marketing team to capture photos, videos, and testimonials from the field. Help identify and create authentic user stories and visual content opportunities during street activations. Teamwork and Coordination: Work collaboratively with fellow street team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations. Attend training sessions, team meetings, and brand briefings to stay aligned on campaign goals and brand messaging.
