You'll handle inbound sales calls, schedule cleanings, resolve minor conflicts, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. Duties ✅ Handle inbound sales calls – Convert inquiries into bookings by clearly explaining our services and pricing. ✅ Follow up on leads – Nurture potential clients and encourage repeat business. ✅ Track client details accurately – Maintain organized records and ensure all booking details are entered correctly. ✅ Ensure customer satisfaction – Provide top-notch service, handle minor complaints professionally, and build strong relationships. ✅ Recommend services – Help customers choose the best cleaning package based on their needs.
