Need to Recruit Entrepreneur to Take Over Tiny Business (Consumer Health Care Product)

I'm looking for a person with the energy of a solo entrepreneur to take over my company, with ownership. Primarily, I am looking for a person who will market and sell the product with passion, as if s/he invented it. The product is currently on the market and well-protected by patents and a trademark. I have a "day job" in the niche market segment for this product. There are about 30,000 other people in the U.S. who share this same niche "day job," and there are many entrepreneurs who engage in side ventures. This might be a good target market for recruiting ads etc. I need advice and help with the recruiting process!
